Kullanım Şartları

Horostories uygulamasını indirerek veya kullanarak aşağıdaki şartları kabul etmiş olursun. Eğer bu şartları kabul etmiyorsan lütfen uygulamayı kullanma.

1. Uygulamanın Amacı

Horostories, saat koleksiyonculuğu için kişisel bir kayıt aracıdır. Saatlerini, giyim geçmişini, servis kayıtlarını ve istek listeni yerel olarak cihazında tutmana olanak sağlar. Uygulama herhangi bir saat markasının resmi ürünü değildir; bağımsız bir geliştirici (Metehan Kaya) tarafından geliştirilmiştir.

2. Lisans

Apple App Store üzerinden Horostories'i kişisel, ticari olmayan kullanım için indirmen için sana sınırlı, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez bir lisans veriyoruz. Uygulamayı kaynak koduna dönüştürme, tersine mühendislik, kopyalama veya yeniden dağıtma gibi işlemlerde bulunamazsın.

3. Kullanıcı İçeriği

Uygulamaya eklediğin fotoğraflar, notlar, saat bilgileri ve diğer tüm içerikler sana aittir. Bu içerikler yalnızca cihazında saklanır; sunucumuza gönderilmez ve üçüncü taraflarla paylaşılmaz. İçeriğinin yedekten alınmaması, silinmesi veya kaybolmasından sorumlu değiliz — iCloud yedekleme veya CSV dışa aktarma özelliğini düzenli kullanmanı öneririz.

4. Premium Abonelik

  • Ücretlendirme: Horostories Premium otomatik yenilenen aylık ve yıllık abonelik olarak sunulur. Ücretler Apple ID hesabına kesilir.
  • Otomatik yenileme: Abonelik, mevcut dönem bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği sürece otomatik olarak yenilenir.
  • İptal: iPhone'un Ayarlar > Apple ID > Abonelikler menüsünden istediğin zaman iptal edebilirsin. İptal ettiğinde mevcut dönemin sonuna kadar Premium özellikleri kullanmaya devam edersin.
  • İade: Tüm ödeme işlemleri Apple tarafından yönetilir. İade talepleri Apple üzerinden yapılır.

5. Kabul Edilebilir Kullanım

Uygulamayı hukuka aykırı, zararlı veya üçüncü tarafların haklarını ihlal eden amaçlar için kullanamazsın. Uygulamanın güvenliğini tehlikeye atacak girişimlerde bulunamaz, tersine mühendislik yapamaz veya kötü amaçlı yazılım ekleyemezsin.

6. Fikri Mülkiyet

Horostories markası, logo, tasarım, yazılım ve diğer tüm içerik Metehan Kaya'ya aittir ve telif hakkı ile korunur. Uygulamayı veya içeriğini izin almadan kopyalamak, dağıtmak veya türev çalışma oluşturmak yasaktır.

7. Garanti Reddi

Horostories "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Uygulamanın hatasız çalışacağına, verilerinin kesinlikle korunacağına veya ihtiyaçlarına uygun olacağına dair herhangi bir garanti verilmez. Uygulamayı kullanırken oluşabilecek veri kaybı, maddi zarar veya başka sonuçlardan sorumlu değiliz.

8. Sorumluluk Sınırlaması

Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, uygulamanın kullanımından veya kullanılamamasından kaynaklanabilecek doğrudan, dolaylı, arızi veya özel hiçbir zarardan sorumlu değiliz.

9. Şartlarda Değişiklik

Bu şartlar zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Önemli değişiklikleri uygulama içinde veya bu sayfada duyuracağız. Şartlardaki değişiklik sonrası uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmen, yeni şartları kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir.

10. Geçerli Hukuk

Bu şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti kanunlarına tabidir. Herhangi bir uyuşmazlık durumunda İstanbul mahkemeleri yetkilidir.

By downloading or using Horostories, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the app.

1. Purpose of the App

Horostories is a personal tracking tool for watch collecting. It lets you keep your watches, wear history, service records, and wishlist locally on your device. The app is not an official product of any watch brand; it is independently developed by Metehan Kaya.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download Horostories from the Apple App Store for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, copy, or redistribute the app.

3. User Content

Photos, notes, watch information, and any other content you add to the app belongs to you. This content is stored only on your device; it is not sent to our servers or shared with third parties. We are not responsible for backup, deletion, or loss of your content — we recommend using iCloud backup or CSV export regularly.

4. Premium Subscription

  • Pricing: Horostories Premium is offered as an auto-renewable monthly or yearly subscription. Charges are made through your Apple ID account.
  • Auto-renewal: The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Cancellation: You can cancel anytime from your iPhone's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. After cancellation, you'll keep Premium access until the end of the current period.
  • Refunds: All payments are handled by Apple. Refund requests go through Apple.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the app for illegal, harmful, or infringing purposes. You may not attempt to compromise the app's security, reverse engineer it, or introduce malicious software.

6. Intellectual Property

The Horostories brand, logo, design, software, and all other content belong to Metehan Kaya and are protected by copyright. Copying, distributing, or creating derivative works based on the app or its content without permission is prohibited.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

Horostories is provided "as is." No warranty is given that the app will run error-free, that your data will be absolutely protected, or that it will meet your specific needs. We are not liable for data loss, material damage, or other consequences that may arise from using the app.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or special damages that may result from the use of or inability to use the app.

9. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. We'll announce significant changes in the app or on this page. Continuing to use the app after the changes means you accept the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Istanbul.
